High-Strength Damping Nuts:
These can be used in conjunction with high-strength ribbed threaded steel rods with a yield strength of 500 MPa. Compared with cast steel or forged nuts, they fully utilize the performance of anchor rods and significantly enhance the support effect.
High-strength damping nuts are equipped with composite plastic plugs at the rear end of the screw holes in the nut body. Due to the effect of the damping plugs, the nuts can rotate together with the anchor rods, fully stirring the chemical anchoring agent at the bottom of the hole. This results in excellent anchoring performance, effectively increasing the installation stress of the anchor rods and improving their overall support effect.
The main models are M24, M22, M20, and M18, available in two shapes: square and hexagonal.
Drag Reduction Gasket:
This component provides a significant drag reduction effect. When used together with high-strength damping nuts, it can increase the installation prestress of the anchor bolts by more than 50%.
Metal Flat Gasket:
Improves the stress distribution on the nut.
Pressure Pipe:
