On October 17, Wang Chongjing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Jining Energy Group, led a team to the Bank of China Electrochemical Research Center and held an on-site symposium.
After arriving at the site, the research team explored the production workshop, machine room, dispatch duty room, and other areas of the enterprise. They inspected the production process and on-site operations, and gained an understanding of the organizational structure, personnel configuration, business processes, financial management, and safety management of the enterprise by listening to the production and operation reports and communicating with the on-site person in charge.
Wang Chongjing emphasized that BOC Electrification, as a new business segment within the coal power industry chain of the group company, holds significant importance for the industrial development planning of the group. He urged relevant departments at the group headquarters to increase their support, fully commit to research guidance and communication, and assist BOC Electrification in quickly integrating into the management system of the group. It is essential to vigorously promote the corporate culture of the group company, communicate the core values to every employee of BOC Electrification through various channels and methods, unify ideological understanding, harness collective effort for enterprise development, and facilitate the high-quality development of the group.
