We must shoulder our responsibilities, accelerate the reform of the "leasing+independent operation" model, effectively strengthen operational management, highlight key points and make overall plans in accordance with the requirements of "three management and three musts", and focus on safety and environmental protection work in important links and places such as employee safety training, working environment, equipment, coal silos, and coal gangue disposal, continuously consolidating the foundation of safety and environmental protection. We need to accelerate the intelligent construction of coal preparation plants, formulate intelligent construction plans and plans, clarify goals, tasks, paths, and implementation methods, and effectively enhance washing efficiency and clean coal yield through digital intelligence empowerment, contributing to the high-quality development and modernization of Shanxi coking coal.
