When the bottom surface of the upper pressure plate contacts the top surface of the specimen during operation, it can automatically adapt to the slight inclination in the height direction of the specimen, making the two planes in full contact with each other, thereby making the specimen uniformly stressed. According to the size of the specimen, the handwheel and screw can be rotated to adjust the test space appropriately. The top surface of the lower pressure plate is engraved with a positioning frame, making it easy to place the specimen in the center position.
2. Hydraulic system
Composed of hydraulic pump, oil supply valve, return valve, oil tank, oil filter, and oil pipe. The hydraulic pump is an axial five plunger ultra-high pressure pump, driven directly by an electric motor. There is a safety valve on the oil delivery valve, which can overflow when overloaded, playing a safety role. Manipulate the oil delivery valve handwheel to adjust the amount of oil entering the cylinder to achieve the desired loading rate. Open the return valve to allow all the oil in the cylinder and from the oil pump to flow back to the tank.

3. Electrical system: composed of electric motor, start button, stop button, AC contactor, fuse, etc.

The roller device consists of a roller mechanism and a roller frame. The rollers are designed to have a certain slope, and after the finished protective plate is pushed out, they slide out along the roller slope for manual stacking.
