Overall process flow:
1. Manually lift the strip onto the auxiliary electric feeding rack, press the start button, and the workpiece is transported forward. The auxiliary feeding frame of the mining anchor rod tray hydraulic press consists of four powered drums and five unpowered drums;
2. When the workpiece is transported to the proximity switch on the cumulative feeding frame, the front auxiliary feeding frame stops. The workpiece is clamped by the clamp on the cumulative feeding frame and transported forward to the set size. When it reaches the standard length of the workpiece, the clamp on the cumulative feeding frame is released, and the mining anchor rod tray hydraulic press starts working. The workpiece cutting, forming, and punching are completed in one go;
3. During the machining process, when the workpiece is compressed, the accumulated feeding frame clamp returns. When the workpiece is finished, the accumulated feeding frame clamp continues to clamp the strip and transport it forward. If the conveying distance is the programmed size of the workpiece, the finished workpiece is pushed out, and the finished workpiece slides into the finished frame through the unpowered sliding frame;
4. When the workpiece is ejected, the clamp is released, and the host starts working. When the workpiece is compressed, the clamp continues to retract, while cutting, forming, and punching the workpiece are completed in one go;
5. Similarly, when the strip is processed into a finished product and there are still two finished product sizes left, the manual lifting of the strip onto the auxiliary feeding frame of the punching machine is continued. Press the start button, and the workpiece is transported forward. The remaining strip is pushed by the strip and continues to enter the composite mold for continuous production.
