3. According to 0.4 kg of each spike hole to take the spike anchoring agent, the water consumption is 13-15% of the weight of the spike anchoring agent. When mixing, pour two-thirds of the water first, mix evenly, and then pour the remaining water side to stir, to achieve a certain consistency and better fluidity. Pour the mixed spike anchoring agent into the hole from the middle of the anchor frame, about 2 cm away from the top of the hole.
4. After grouting should be rotated into the insulation spiral spike as soon as possible to make the round table fall on the anchor plate, and straighten. Use a squeezer to smooth the spilled slurry and press it flat to make the appearance beautiful.
5. After anchoring for 30 minutes, fasteners can be installed and nuts can be tightened by hand. After 60 minutes, a wrench can be used to tighten the nuts slightly.
Matters needing attention
1. It is appropriate to use up the amount of pulp each time within 30min, and the flow and thickness of the slurry should be mastered during construction.
2. Winter (above -10 ℃), can be 40-50℃ hot water mixed with anchoring agent, if necessary to take insulation and anti-freezing measures
