"Before the operator begins drilling operations, it is necessary to carry out a 'knock on the top' first, strictly adhering to this protocol before proceeding with work after safety confirmation." During the operation, if drilling is deep and construction requires multiple phases, drill pipes should be connected according to the established procedures. On October 12, during the precision training for hydraulic anchor drills at Huayuan Coal Mine, Zhai Shuai, a worker in the excavation area, skillfully operated the equipment.

To further improve excavation efficiency and ensure that the equipment is effectively utilized and properly maintained, the mine organized technical personnel from the manufacturer to conduct specialized training on the structure, performance, operation, and maintenance of the equipment. The manufacturer's technical staff first provided theoretical training on the use of the anchor drill, safety precautions, and simple fault analysis and resolution. Subsequently, they discussed field operation issues and troubleshooting, answering questions and clarifying doubts on-site. This effectively enhanced the labor efficiency and skill levels of the staff, facilitating skilled and safe equipment operation in actual conditions.
"This on-site learning approach is more tangible and easier to understand, leading to a comprehensive improvement in practical operations and problem-solving skills, which is greatly appreciated," said participating workers. They noted that this training not only enhances skill accumulation but also bridges theory and practice. Moving forward, they emphasized the need to continually reflect on and summarize their experiences, truly integrating and applying what they have learned to contribute to the efficiency improvement efforts at Garden Coal Mine.
