The main person in charge of each enterprise should take the lead in systematic analysis and accurate investigation of the risks existing in the enterprise, and establish a risk database. It is necessary to comprehensively sort out various internal management systems of enterprises, find management loopholes, improve internal control processes, formulate norms and standards, establish a compliant management system, and prepare and form a "three-in-one" system management manual. The team members of the group company's risk control system should strengthen organizational leadership, consolidate responsibilities, clarify the task objectives at each stage, establish a regular reporting mechanism, and the Legal and compliance department should follow up and supervise, and constantly promote the early implementation of the Group company's risk control system.
