Since the beginning of this year, Zhujiamao Coal Mine has been committed to building an efficient excavation team and continuously improving the level of single entry. In July, the daily entry depth remained stable at 70m, with a maximum of 80m. After the fast excavation unit entered the full coal roadway construction, the highest daily entry depth reached 42m.
Zhujiamao Coal Mine attaches great importance to strengthening the awareness of mutual creation among teams. Three teams work together on each excavation face, and hand in hand handover is carried out on site every day. The smooth handover procedure allows team members to quickly enter the working state and win sufficient time to complete the footage task.
In order to improve excavation efficiency, the relevant work areas of the mine have refined the allocation of monthly footage plan tasks and implemented them in each team. Efforts have been made to optimize organization and improve work efficiency. Each production functional department focuses on on-site monitoring and realism, constantly searching for difficult points and bottlenecks that restrict excavation efficiency, and starting from improving construction technology, optimizing labor organization, and other aspects to help improve excavation efficiency.
To do a good job, one must first sharpen their tools. The proper operation of mechanical and electrical equipment is a key factor in promoting excavation efficiency. The mine strengthens equipment maintenance efforts to ensure that there are no sudden or passive maintenance during production, providing equipment support for the smooth completion of excavation tasks.
It is not easy to achieve such good results.
