After arriving at the Yangcheng branch, Wang Chongjing went straight to the underground 6301 working face to inspect the on-site situation of process conversion preparation, standardization construction, labor organization, safety production, etc. He put forward specific requirements for the installation of equipment, operation of various production systems, and disaster prevention in the next step of the working face. After the well was raised, Wang Chongjing conducted on-site inspections of the installation quality of ground auxiliary and supporting facilities such as the raw coal production system, administrative and production office spaces, and then listened to reports on the work of members of the Yangcheng branch team, the division of responsibilities among various departments, and the progress of joint trial operation procedures.
Wang Chongjing pointed out that Yangcheng Branch should combine the current practical work of the mine, plan from a global perspective, start from details, and comprehensively promote refined management of the mine. In terms of institutional construction and standard implementation, efforts should be focused on systematization, standardization, and adaptability. Each responsible person in charge should personally supervise, sort out and improve each item, and promote mine management to a new level through high standard implementation.
Wang Chongjing emphasized the need to deeply emancipate the mind, conscientiously fulfill duties and seek initiative, adopt a more pragmatic style, take more solid actions, actively shoulder responsibilities and take proactive actions, and quickly reverse the passive situation in work.
