On June 14th, Jining Energy Group organized a special training on contract management level improvement and supply chain trade risk prevention and control, further strengthening the contract management level and risk response ability of the group company and its affiliated enterprises.

In this training, the Legal and Compliance Department of the Group Company gave a lecture on the theme of "Key Links and Risk Prevention in Contract Management", focusing on explaining the main terms of contracts, the methods of contract formation, and precautions during contract review. Using common problems discovered during contract inspections in the past three years as typical cases, the department deeply analyzed the causes of the problems and formed a significant warning effect; The Risk Control Department of Ronghui Property comprehensively and systematically elaborates on the responsibilities and obligations that state-owned enterprise contract management personnel should undertake from three dimensions: commodity trade risks, relevant laws and regulations, and key points of trade contract review, and provides a detailed interpretation of the "Ten Prohibitions" document on trade. This training also discussed optimization suggestions for the contract management system.
This training emphasizes that strengthening contract management is an important focus in risk control and a key link in ensuring the compliance operation of the group company. Each department should further enhance risk awareness, improve the quality of contract texts, achieve "effective identification of the source, effective supervision of the process, and effective implementation and promotion", and ensure that every contract can withstand inspection.
