The wellhead full air flow cooling system consists of 24 sets of high-efficiency fans, refrigeration equipment, and heat exchangers. By combining and installing the height of the auxiliary shaft, a "cooling magic array" is formed to efficiently cool the incoming air in all directions. The cooled fresh air enters the mine ventilation system, achieving a "no blind spot" transmission of coolness and creating a more refreshing and comfortable working environment for underground workers. The system is also equipped with temperature sensors and an intelligent control system, which can monitor the air temperature at the wellhead in real time and automatically adjust the operating status of the refrigeration equipment for precise cooling as needed.
"We first use the full air flow cooling system at the wellhead to cool down the inlet air flow, and then use the -650 horizontal underground refrigeration system to cool down the middle and end of the inlet air flow again, ensuring that the environment of the entire underground inlet airway and the remote operation point is maintained at a suitable temperature."
