On July 30th, the Equipment Management Center of Jining Energy Group held a plaque unveiling ceremony at Ronghui Materials. Wang Chongjing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Jining Energy Group, and Bo Fuli, Deputy General Manager, jointly unveiled the plaque for the Equipment Management Center.
Wang Chongjing stated in his speech that the establishment of the Equipment Management Center is an important strategic measure for the group company to strengthen equipment management, promote business collaboration, optimize resource allocation, and improve operational efficiency. It is another reform achievement of the group company's promotion of "market-oriented operation, collaborative operation, professional management, and platform control" of business after marketing, materials, training, bidding, property management, and funding.
After the official operation of the Equipment Management Center, under the leadership of the Technical Committee of the Group Company, it will coordinate and promote the "unified selection and matching design, unified leasing and supply, unified maintenance and control, unified quality management, unified centralized procurement, and unified centralized optimization selection" of internal equipment, accelerate resource sharing and benefit co creation among various sectors and enterprises, maximize the activation of asset stock, enhance asset value creation ability, further expand revenue areas, enhance brand image, and provide strong support for the construction of the Group Company's "billion dollar group".
Regarding the next step of work, Wang Chongjing requested that the position of the equipment management center be improved. The center should stand at the height of serving the transformation and upgrading of the group company and high-quality development, assume the functions assigned by the group company, and promote resource optimization and sharing. To improve the platform, based on the trial operation plan, further improve the equipment information database and sharing platform, and establish a unified business management system for equipment that adapts to the actual development of the group company. To optimize services, optimize business processes, provide professional, high-quality, and efficient services to various enterprises, and establish brand image. To cooperate and collaborate, all departments, enterprises, and equipment management centers should take into account the overall situation, unite and cooperate, and promote the maximization of equipment intensive and unified management efficiency. To innovate and develop, we need to further explore new businesses and fields based on the equipment in the coal-fired power sector, and promote new steps in business collaboration.
After the ceremony, the meeting promoted the content of the "Trial Operation Plan for the Establishment of the Equipment Management Center", and at the same time, the attendees discussed the technical plan for the unified transformation of the group company's excavator anchor protection integrated machine.
