Recently, after preliminary research and practice, the company has published two international papers. One paper appeared in Materials Letters, a well-known journal in the field of metals ranked in the 3rd district of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Another was published in a top journal in the 1st district of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as in a leading global magazine in the field of corrosion science. The publication of these papers marks another major breakthrough in the field of support technology for deep mines (wells) and underscores the company's commitment to leading enterprise development through scientific and technological innovation.

"Previous data and tests have shown that improving the performance of traditional steel often involves complex process adjustments and high costs. This study cleverly utilizes the in-situ formation mechanism of Fe-based precipitates in steel. In this process, similar to a precision craftsman, a nanometer to micron-scale strengthening phase is carefully embedded within the steel, eliminating the need for additional processing to achieve microstructure optimization and performance improvements. These precipitates are evenly distributed and act like reinforcing fibers within the steel matrix, effectively preventing crack propagation and providing the steel with unprecedented toughness and strength," explained the company's research and development director.

It is reported that new metal materials with ultra-high strength and toughness are better suited to handle the complex and harsh underground working environments. The alloy element design of these new materials has a crucial impact on their mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The publication of this study provides authoritative and reliable support for the research and development of ultra-high-strength ductile anchor steel.

In the next step, the company will continue to enhance the integration of scientific and technological innovation with industry, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces, increase investment in research and development, and improve independent innovation capabilities while cultivating new economic growth points.
