The staff systematically cut samples, inspected quality, weighed, and settled accounts. After passing the inspection, they were divided into warehouses and stored according to the variety. In the grain unloading area, the flipper truck lifts the grain transport truck, and golden wheat enters the warehouse through a belt. After a series of processing procedures, these wheat will appear on dining tables across the country.
Mr. Zhang, a major grain farmer, has over 10 years of experience in grain cultivation. In the past two years, he has chosen to cooperate with the grain industry park in Jezhou Port Area. "I planted over 500 acres of wheat this year, and today I delivered about 40 tons of wheat to the grain depot. Selling grain here is efficient, timely payment is made, and I never owe any money. I feel very confident."
According to the introduction, the industrial park conducts graded procurement based on different indicators such as wheat protein content, moisture content, bulk density, color, keratin percentage, and flour percentage, and enters the warehouse separately. "Every vehicle of wheat stored in the warehouse must undergo strict inspection to ensure its quality is qualified before it can be stored. In terms of quality inspection, we have also introduced intelligent equipment to replace traditional manual testing." Wang Xinpeng, the person in charge of the warehousing department, pointed to the nearby cutting sample machine and introduced, "Cutting sample refers to randomly cutting an appropriate number of representative samples from a large amount of wheat for inspection. Traditional manual cutting sample is inefficient and easily affected by human factors, while the intelligent cutting sample machine can automatically complete vehicle identification, intelligent random layout of cutting points, sampling of cutting samples, and equipment reset with just one click start. The entire process has no human intervention, and the efficiency is improved by more than 60%."
In order to do a good job in purchasing summer grain this year and meet the needs of the public for grain sales, the industrial park has vacated warehouses and stored more than 60000 tons in advance, freeing up sufficient storage capacity to ensure the collection and storage of summer grain and wheat. At the same time, funds have been raised in advance, and the grain sales funds will be in place within 24 hours to ensure that farmers are not given "white notes".
"We have developed multiple sets of acquisition plans in advance, and made preparations for the docking of acquisition areas, equipment maintenance, personnel organization, warehouse capacity scheduling, and fund raising, ensuring that 'people's grains, machinery's grains, warehouses' grains, and money's grains' are returned to the warehouse," said General Manager Liang Lei.
