Starting from optimizing technical design, it scientifically and reasonably adjusts the mining layout plan, solves the problems that restrict mine safety production, and ensures stable and orderly organization of production.

Adhere to starting from the source of production, regularly organize various specialties to collaborate and inspect the mine production system, and classify and formulate specific plans for system optimization and technical equipment upgrading, further optimize mine production design, promote enterprise safety production, continue to do enough design optimization "addition and subtraction" articles, implement scientific and accurate analysis and judgment on key projects and systems, formulate feasible implementation plans, and ensure mine speed and efficiency improvement. By optimizing and adjusting the support parameters through safety demonstration, the unit cost per meter of the roadway was reduced, the layout of the roadway was optimized, and rock roadway excavation was reduced. At the end of the month, the supervisory department takes the lead in conjunction with labor, enterprise management, scheduling and other departments for acceptance. Any parts that exceed the plan will be rewarded according to regulations, and any parts that fail to complete the plan will be punished proportionally.
In terms of precise control, in the management of the use of large materials, we adhere to the principle of "old not new", carefully investigate the storage location, category, quantity, and other contents of large materials underground, and allow the construction team to adjust nearby. At the same time, it is required that the reuse of district teams must be approved by a large material administrator, thereby streamlining the allocation and reuse of large materials, truly realizing the full utilization of resources, and effectively improving the repair and turnover rate of materials.

In terms of precise control, we strictly review the sketch of the working face every day, control the mining height of the working face, and recycle all floating coal through fine mining. Using new materials, equipment, processes, technologies, etc. to promote quality and efficiency improvement in excavation. By using fast anchoring agents, each anchor rod can save 30 seconds of construction time, reduce waiting time and equipment relocation time, promote excavation quality and efficiency improvement, and save 24 hours per month. By using an onboard hydraulic booster anchor cable tensioning machine, the waiting time can be reduced by 3 minutes, and the time for connecting the compressed air duct can be reduced by 10 minutes. The efficiency of anchor cable pressurization can be increased by 50%, saving 48 hours per month. Compared to pouring a ditch, using a finished ditch can save 15 yuan per meter, reduce the use of sand, ash, and wood, improve on-site standardization, reduce waiting time, double construction efficiency, and the ditch can be reused, saving 13000 yuan in funds.
