The on-site equipment at Jinqiao Coal Industry is operating normally, with all washing indicators and monitoring equipment functioning without safety hazards. In the centralized control room of the Jinqiao Coal Mine Washing Plant, control drivers Tian Danwei and Dong Xiaoqin are conducting a "menu style" shift handover. This method aims to enhance employees' safety awareness and improve safety standards by focusing on the "Six Grasps and 36 Items" special security measures and the "Three Cards" management system.
The new handover process standardizes personnel transitions by replacing verbal communications with a detailed checklist covering production conditions, equipment status, hidden hazards, hygiene, and standardization. Handover personnel must confirm their signatures before leaving the site, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Li Hui, a worker at the plant, noted that this "menu style" handover adds a sense of ceremony, prevents omissions, and facilitates a smooth transition into work. Since implementing this system, handovers across Jinqiao Coal Mine have become more streamlined and regulated, significantly enhancing safety awareness and responsibility among employees. Moving forward, Jinqiao Coal Mine will continue to refine its on-site management system to strengthen safety production defenses.
