On October 9, Wang Chongjing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Jining Energy Group, visited several owned enterprises to supervise the promotion of key projects.
Wang Chongjing went to Zhihui New Steel, Shunda Port, and other owned enterprises for on-site supervision, inspecting the construction of the first phase of the Smart New Steel project, the completion of Shunda Port, and the production operation site. He organized an on-site promotion meeting.
At Smart New Steel, Wang emphasized that the first phase of the Lingang International Smart Manufacturing Base project, as a key engineering construction project for the Group, should focus on achieving target tasks, adhering to timelines, ensuring safety and quality, and completing construction according to the established plan. He stressed the importance of ensuring timely payment of migrant workers' wages and creating a positive working environment for them. Additionally, he called for effective supervision of the processing and production of the main steel structure, along with compliance management in project quality, cost management, safety, and construction progress, aiming to create a model demonstration project for the Group.
At Shunda Port, Wang requested thorough implementation of the spirit from the Group's fourth quarter mobilization meeting. He urged acceleration of the finishing work on the transformation project, adherence to the principle of "seeking truth from facts," strengthened on-site management, and standardization of internal industry data management. Focusing on cost reduction and efficiency improvement, he called for the rapid upgrading of green intelligent equipment in the port to lower production costs. Additionally, he stressed the need to increase market development efforts, improve port throughput, optimize storage management, and ensure the high-quality completion of fourth quarter objectives.
