Implement the system effectively and improve quality and effectiveness

The mine implements procedural, standardized, and institutionalized management of pre shift meetings to effectively improve their effectiveness. At the pre shift meeting, in accordance with the principle of hierarchical management and hierarchical responsibility, the on duty personnel conveyed the spirit of the mine dispatch meeting, emphasized the safety precautions of each position and job type, and the team leader decomposed the work tasks of the day to individuals, especially making detailed arrangements for key areas and single post operators, adhering to the regular reporting system, mastering safety precautions, and building the "first psychological defense line" of team operation safety.

Before the pre shift meeting, the blood pressure of the employees was carefully measured, and personnel with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, low spirits, and those returning to work from vacation were thoroughly investigated. The on duty personnel confirmed the mental condition of the on duty employees, communicated with them in a timely manner if problems were found, and resolved their ideological issues before they could return to work, making every employee a reassuring person.

By explaining specific cases and employees' personal statements, the safety warning effect will be strengthened, and problems and deficiencies in thinking and action will be identified by drawing lessons from others. The pre shift meeting will become the main battlefield for leading safety thinking.
The comprehensive mining area will compile some small stories and lessons from daily life into a book, and use pre shift meetings to convey them, effectively enhancing the independent and mutual security capabilities of employees, and building a strong ideological defense line for safety production.
On the basis of the previous pre shift meeting, the excavation area has added sections such as "typical case analysis" and "employees sharing thrilling moments" to continuously strengthen the ideological defense line of employee safety production. Each work area will learn from the previous day's dynamic violation cases, ask employees questions, analyze the reasons, learn from the lessons, deepen their understanding of violations, and enhance their safety awareness and abilities.

Each work area adopts a "learning+" approach, where each class learns one daily question, one on-site work measure, and two dynamic violations. Nowadays, daily questioning is a common problem we encounter in our work, such as what to do if the contactor does not close when repairing the switch. Answering questions not only exercises oneself, but also allows other employees to learn knowledge, achieving multiple benefits in one fell swoop, "said Wang Wenjie, a worker in the pioneering work area.
While each unit is doing a good job in the "prescribed actions", they are also innovating the "optional actions". The pre shift meetings in each work area are not just formalities, and not only should there be continuous "new ideas" during the meetings, but also stimulate thinking, so that the staff can take action after the meeting. During the learning process in the operation work area, the team leader is required to record the daily learning situation of one question and sign for confirmation to ensure that no knowledge points are missed. Strengthen supervision and inspection to ensure effective implementation
Strictly implement the pre shift meeting system for grassroots district team leaders, arrange key tasks, emphasize safety precautions, and report the problems that exist in the pre shift meeting at the morning adjustment meeting the next day, implement relevant assessments, and achieve full coverage of the pre shift meeting. From time to time, the pre shift meeting video surveillance system will be used to randomly check the convening situation of each work area.
